The Potti Sreeramulu
Telugu University has a major activity in its Publication
scheme. There is a separate Publication Division, publishing
books for readers at various levels. It has introduced
a new scheme of publishing old and rare books which
have not been in the market for several decades and
which have immense value in the modern context too.
This scheme has already taken roots with the publication
of old books on Andhra history. The university has published
250 books till now, and more than 50 books are under
print. The books published include rare and standard
books in all creative genres, like poetry, drama, essay
and fiction as well as dictionaries, encyclopedias,
translations, monographs on great persons etc.
